15.5 hectares of greenery in the center of the Greek capital. The garden, behind the Parliament building, includes ancient ruins and lots of history. Awaiting visitors is a children’s library, playground, small collection of animals and birds, botanical museum, sun dial, mosaic floor of a Roman villa, remains of Roman baths, iron polygonal seat of Queen Amalia, six busts of historical figures, five trellises with climbing plants, six small ponds, and more.
