The Plant is a groundbreaking food production space designed to be a net-zero, closed loop system in Chicago’s Back of the Yards. Public Tours are offered every Saturday at 2pm. During our Farmers Market days (every first Saturday of the month), there are two public tours, beginning at 11:30am and 2pm.
