A 30-minute boat ride from downtown Granada, Jicaro Island Ecolodge is built entirely from reclaimed timber from trees blown down by Hurricane Felix. Solar panels are used to heat the pool when necessary. This is a luxury eco-lodge with great views of the Mombacho Volcano across the lake.
